Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FacelessAI.io. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

FacelessAI.io provides AI-assisted tools for creating faceless video content, including prompts, scripts, scenes, captions, voiceover workflows, visual direction, video rendering, exports, and related features.

Features may change over time. Some features may be experimental, limited, region-specific, or available only on certain plans.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the service under applicable law and authorized to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

4. Plans, billing, and credits

Some features require a paid subscription or usage credits. Prices, limits, and included features are shown on the pricing page or in your account.

In summary:

• credit definition: credits are consumed by generation actions such as scripts, scenes, voiceover, and rendering
• billing cycle: monthly, unless stated otherwise at checkout
• renewal terms: subscriptions renew automatically each cycle until cancelled
• overage terms: additional usage requires a higher plan or waiting for the next billing cycle
• cancellation terms: cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• failed generation credits: credits reserved or charged for failed generations may be released or restored as described in the Refund Policy

5. User content

"User Content" means prompts, scripts, files, images, audio, video, brand assets, project data, and other material you submit to FacelessAI.io.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide User Content and use it with FacelessAI.io.

6. Output content

"Outputs" means scripts, captions, scenes, videos, previews, renders, thumbnails, or other materials generated through the service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use Outputs as allowed by your plan and the applicable license terms.

You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before publishing or using them commercially.

7. License to operate the service

You grant FacelessAI.io a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, modify, and create derivative technical versions of User Content and Outputs as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• reviewing generated content before publishing
• ensuring accuracy of factual claims
• obtaining rights for uploaded materials
• respecting copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and likeness rights
• complying with platform rules
• disclosing AI-generated or altered content when required
• disclosing affiliate relationships when required
• avoiding spam, deception, impersonation, and harmful content

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use FacelessAI.io to create, upload, generate, or distribute content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or third-party rights.

10. Platform rules

FacelessAI.io is not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Google, or any other platform unless stated in writing. Exporting a video does not guarantee that a platform will accept, recommend, monetize, or keep the video online.

11. No monetization guarantees

FacelessAI.io does not guarantee views, followers, subscribers, watch time, monetization approval, affiliate commissions, product sales, revenue, rankings, or business outcomes.

12. Third-party services

The service may include integrations, links, or dependencies involving third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

13. Payments and refunds

Payments, cancellations, taxes, disputes, and refunds are governed by the pricing page, Dodo Payments checkout terms, Dodo Payments merchant-of-record terms where applicable, and the Refund Policy.

14. Beta features

Beta or experimental features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or others, fail to pay, or use the service unlawfully.

16. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacelessAI.io will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold FacelessAI.io harmless from claims arising from your User Content, Outputs, use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

19. Governing terms

Any governing law, jurisdiction, merchant-of-record terms, or payment-specific terms shown by Dodo Payments at checkout also apply to the transaction.
