This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed on FacelessAI.io. It applies to prompts, uploads, generated outputs, exports, and use of the service.

Use FacelessAI.io to create helpful, lawful, and non-deceptive content. Do not use FacelessAI.io to harm people, mislead viewers, violate rights, or abuse platforms.

2. Illegal or harmful content

You may not use FacelessAI.io to create or distribute content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activity, exploitation, abuse, harassment, credible threats, or harm.

3. Impersonation and likeness misuse

4. Misleading synthetic media

You may not create realistic synthetic media intended to deceive, defraud, manipulate, or misrepresent real people, events, evidence, emergencies, elections, public safety events, or news.

5. Copyright and intellectual property

You may not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. Do not copy another creator’s videos, characters, scripts, thumbnails, music, voice, or brand identity without permission.

6. Spam and platform abuse

You may not use FacelessAI.io to mass-produce low-value, repetitive, deceptive, or spammy content, including content intended to manipulate rankings, recommendations, engagement, reviews, or monetization systems.

7. Scraping and unauthorized data collection

You may not use FacelessAI.io to scrape websites, harvest private data, bypass access controls, or generate content from data you do not have permission to use.

8. Unsafe advice and regulated topics

Use extra care with content involving:

• medical or health topics
• legal advice
• financial advice
• investment claims
• insurance
• employment decisions
• housing
• education admissions
• public safety
• politics and elections
• children
• emergencies
• products with safety implications

Do not present AI-generated claims as professional advice. Add disclaimers where appropriate and verify information with reliable sources.

9. Affiliate, product, and business claims

Do not make false or unsupported claims about products, earnings, reviews, testimonials, scarcity, discounts, health outcomes, financial outcomes, or performance.

Disclose affiliate relationships and sponsorships when required.

10. Adult, sexual, exploitative, or abusive content

You may not use FacelessAI.io for sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, or content designed to harass or abuse people.

11. Hate, harassment, and violence

You may not create content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, harassment, threats, or violence against protected groups or individuals.

12. Security abuse

You may not use FacelessAI.io to create phishing content, scams, malware, credential theft, social engineering, or deceptive support impersonation.

13. Platform policies

Users must follow the rules of any platform where they publish content, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other services.

14. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate access, preserve evidence, or report activity when we believe this policy has been violated or the service is at risk.

15. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to support@facelessai.io with links, screenshots, account details, and a description of the issue.
