AI Content Policy

This AI Content Policy explains how FacelessAI.io should be used responsibly when creating AI-assisted scripts, voiceovers, visuals, captions, and videos.

1. User responsibility

FacelessAI.io helps generate and structure content, but users are responsible for what they publish. Review every output before sharing, selling, posting, or using it commercially.

2. Review before publishing

Before publishing AI-generated content, check:

• factual accuracy
• copyright and asset rights
• voice and likeness rights
• privacy and publicity rights
• product and affiliate claims
• platform disclosure requirements
• brand safety
• harmful stereotypes or bias
• captions and accessibility
• whether viewers could be misled

3. Disclosure of AI-generated content

Some platforms require creators to disclose realistic AI-generated or altered content. This may include synthetic people, voices, events, or scenes that viewers may reasonably believe are real.

Users must review the current rules of the platform where they publish and use disclosure tools or labels when required.

4. No unauthorized likeness or voice use

Do not use FacelessAI.io to imitate, clone, or represent a real person's face, voice, name, identity, or persona without appropriate rights or permission.

5. No deceptive deepfakes

Do not create realistic videos, audio, or images that falsely show a person saying or doing something, misrepresent evidence, fabricate events, or deceive viewers.

6. News, education, and factual content

For factual videos, users should verify claims with reliable sources and avoid presenting uncertain AI-generated information as fact.

For news-style content, include timestamps, context, and source review. Do not fabricate events.

7. Monetization and platform acceptance

AI-assisted videos may be subject to platform rules about originality, authenticity, disclosure, reused content, repetitive content, or monetization. FacelessAI.io does not guarantee platform approval, monetization, or recommendation.

8. Affiliate and product content

For affiliate and product videos:

• disclose affiliate relationships when required
• avoid fake reviews or fake personal experience
• do not claim results you cannot substantiate
• do not fabricate testimonials
• do not imply endorsement by a person or brand without permission

9. Copyright and training data

Users should not upload copyrighted materials they do not have rights to use. Users should not request outputs that intentionally copy protected characters, videos, music, voices, or creator styles in a way that infringes rights.

10. Watermarks and labels

Do not remove or hide AI labels, watermarks, provenance signals, or platform disclosures where doing so would violate law, platform rules, or viewer trust.

11. Scraping and unauthorized data

Do not use FacelessAI.io to scrape websites, harvest private data, bypass access controls, or create videos from data you do not have permission to use.

12. Prohibited AI content

Do not use FacelessAI.io for:

• impersonation
• fraud
• scams
• phishing
• harassment
• non-consensual sexual content
• illegal content
• extremist propaganda
• discriminatory content
• misleading political content
• fabricated emergencies or public safety alerts
• mass-produced spam or low-value content

13. Enforcement

We may restrict, remove, or review content or accounts that appear to violate this policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms, platform requirements, or applicable law.
